How do I make a reservation?
How to make a reservation 1. Choose a lounge: Select the lounge you want. 2. Select room/seat: Check available rooms or seats and time slots. 3. Select date/time: Choose the date and the time you want to use. 4. Payment: Once payment is completed, your reservation is confirmed. After your reservation is confirmed, a reservation confirmation message will be sent via KakaoTalk. Press the Enter/Use button at the bottom of the KakaoTalk message to access the facility. If you do not use KakaoTalk, usage instructions and a link will be sent via SMS. For foreign customers, usage instructions and a link will be sent via email. Changing a reservation - You can change your reservation directly in My Reservations/reservations. - Or, you can change it by pressing the Change Reservation button at the bottom of the reservation confirmation KakaoTalk message. -
I have a question about payment methods
Payment methods - Online payment: We support credit cards, debit cards, and quick-payment services KakaoPay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay, etc.. - On-site payment: On-site payment is not supported. - Payments for foreign customers: Foreign customers can pay via PayPal. Please set the currency to USD when paying. Receipt After payment is complete, you can view the receipt on the reservation details page.
How do I enter?
Mobile Key Check-in 1. When your reservation is confirmed, a reservation confirmation message via KakaoTalk will be sent. 2. When it's time for check-in, the mobile key will be activated. 3. Press the mobile key's Enter Check-in to check in and open the door. Notes - The mobile key is activated from 3 minutes before the reservation time. - You may enter at any time during your reserved time.

Deposit Information
What is the deposit? To maintain a pleasant facility, some lounges require a deposit on first visits equal to 50% of the reservation amount. If you tidy up—such as disposing of trash and returning blankets—so that the next guests can use the space without inconvenience, the deposit will be fully refunded within 3 hours. However, for overnight/night-time use, the deposit will be refunded by 10:00 AM the following day. Deposit Deductions - If damage to or soiling of the facility is confirmed, repair/cleaning costs may be deducted. - If a deduction is made, you will be notified by text message with the reason. Deposit Refund Procedure The deposit amount will be voided against the payment, and a deposit refund receipt will be sent via KakaoTalk. For debit cards, the cancellation is immediately submitted to the card issuer, but it may take 3–4 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account depending on the issuer.
Extend Usage Time
How to extend - During your session, you can tap the Extend button on the Mobile Key page to purchase additional time. - Extensions are only possible if there is no next reservation. Extension fees - The same hourly rate as the base usage fee applies. - Extensions can be made in 10-minute increments.
